Rules

General (zk. A)

  • Players must be familiar with all important rules from the “general,” “game,” and “community” groups. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse.
  • All players on the server are required to comply with the laws of the Czech Republic and behave in accordance with generally accepted rules of decent behavior.
  • The Last Kingdom development team is considered the highest authority on the server and should be treated as such.
  • It is forbidden to exploit game errors (so-called bugs) for your own benefit or to the detriment of others. If a player encounters any unusual game behavior (even if they are not sure whether it is a bug), they are required to report it immediately to the GM (regardless of whether someone else has already reported it) and refrain from activities causing this bug until the GM responds. You can report bugs via: the page system, the Discord forum, or by emailing the GM.
We consider the following to be bugs:
    • Abuse of economic errors or unfair enrichment
    • Circumventing game mechanics that intentionally limit or restrict a given functionality
  • The use of any external programs not approved by the administrator is prohibited. The only permitted Client/External Program is ClassicUO + Razor.
  • Any use of complex and fully automated scripts that perform actions automatically is prohibited. This includes automated scripts for clearing spawns, dungeons, or other locations. It also includes complex scripts for mining, including moving to other positions, unloading resources, etc.
In such cases, the evaluation of the action is solely at the discretion of the GM.
  • AFK (Away-from-keyboard) is only permitted for training your basic skills. However, this does not apply to production and mining, which are monitored by an automatic system that evaluates your activity, and random checks may also be carried out.
  • Players can contact the GM directly in the game using the PAGE system. The system is used to report bugs, report unfair behavior by other players, or report certain forms of system abuse, bullying, game disruption, etc.
  • Impersonating a Game Master (GM) is strictly prohibited.
  • Any sale/purchase of game currency/items/accounts, etc., for real money between players is strictly prohibited. In the event of serious suspicion or discovery of such activity, we reserve the right to delete all game accounts involved in these transactions.

Gaming (zk. B)

  1. “Ghosting,” or gathering information about players in dungeons or other locations as a ghost, is prohibited.
  2. Blocking passages between maps or locations using objects, vehicles, or spells is prohibited.

    Explanation:
    • Entrances and exits from the dungeon
    • Transitions between individual floors in the dungeon
    • Entrances to caves or locations that will transport you to a different map when you enter or exit.
    • The rule does not apply to passages where you can see the “other side” of the passage and see what awaits you.
  3. Blocking the entrance to player houses, whether by spell, item, or animal, is prohibited.
  4. It is prohibited to abuse the “notoriety” of the system and circumvent system treatments.

    Explanation:
    • For example, when someone attacks you, run away from the fight and let your friend kill you so that you can get a kill against the attacker.
    • Harassing, blocking, or deliberately disrupting another expedition or group’s activities as a neutral party, without them having any opportunity to respond.
  5. It is forbidden to engage in factional struggles or battles as a neutral party.

    Explanation:
    • Engagement is meant as support for one side, whereby the other side—the disadvantaged side—has no way of responding (healing, casting spells, reviving, blocking).
    • Everyone has the opportunity to be part of a faction guild with one of their characters, so there is no reason to tolerate such behavior.
  6. Players are prohibited from building houses in any non-player city.
  7. Building a house in the player city is only permitted with the mayor’s consent. If an illegal house is reported, the owner will be notified and asked to move. If they fail to do so within the specified time frame, the house will be deleted.
  8. Player cities always belong to the guild that built them, and this will always be the approach taken by the development team.
  9. Conquered cities always belong to the alliance that conquered them and are administered by a designated mayor. Ownership can only be transferred within the same alliance.
  10. It is forbidden to block or restrict the line of sight between players or between a player and an NPC (e.g., stacking boxes/tables around a character so that your opponent cannot reach you).

Community (zk. C)

We want to build a positive community where players will enjoy returning to their favorite game and having fun with its uniqueness and possibilities. For this reason, there are community rules that set certain boundaries in the relationships between community members.

  • If you don’t want to actively contribute to building a positive community, that doesn’t give you the right to try to damage it with your negative behavior. Remember that we are all here voluntarily and no one is forcing anyone to play here.
  • Racist, homophobic, sexist, or otherwise offensive behavior is strictly prohibited. This will be considered a direct attempt to damage the server and may result in the immediate deletion of your game account.
  • Any attempts at bullying or oppression of individuals are strictly prohibited.
  • Friendly banter or teasing within the context of competition is permitted, but it must not cross the line into vulgar insults.
  • Repeated attempts to constantly make the game unpleasant for others, as your main entertainment program, are considered a violation of the community guidelines.
  • These rules apply both in the game and on other official server channels, such as Discord.

Do not forget on the registration rules!
